How to join the server

Add dzzness.com as a server in Minecraft Java Edition.

Join on Bedrock Edition

Phones, consoles and Windows "Bedrock": add dzzness.com with port 19132.

The resource pack

Our own menus, sounds and music. It downloads by itself when you join.

The servers: Lobby, Survival, Skyblock

You arrive in the Lobby. From there you pick where to play.

Getting to a server

Walk into a coloured portal, or use the compass.

The rules

Be nice, play fair, have fun.

Getting help

Ask in chat, ask the team, or ask on Discord.

Voice chat

Talk to players near you with the Simple Voice Chat mod (optional).

What you can do in the lobby

Look around, meet people, show off cosmetics and pick a server.

The items in your hotbar

A compass for servers and an ender chest for cosmetics.

Leaderboards

Floating boards show the best islands, the most liked islands and the richest players.

Music

Some places play music. You can make it quieter or turn it off.

Coins

Survival's money (and the lobby's). You start with 100.

Gems (Skyblock)

Skyblock's own money. Coins don't work there.

Cosmetics: trails, pets, boots, tags, chat colours

Things that make you look cool. Bought with coins or gems, or earned.

Ranks

Most players are members. Some have special ranks.

Playing survival

Plain Minecraft survival with friends. Build, mine and trade.

Homes

Save up to 5 places and teleport back to them.

Pets

Any mob can be your pet: deal the last hit with a lead in your hand.

Pet duels

Three pets each, turn by turn, with coins or items at stake.

Claims: protect your land

Claim up to 25 chunks. Nobody else can build or use anything there.

Letting friends build in your claims

Trust a player and they can build and use things in all your claims.

Warps on Survival

Up to 5 spots that others can ask to visit.

Teleporting to other players

Ask to teleport to a friend, or ask them to come to you, even on another server (Survival and Skyblock).

Selling items to the server

Turn items into coins.

The auction house

Sell to other players at your own price, or buy what they sell.

Nether and End resets

Sometimes the Nether or End are made new.

Your island

You get your own island the first time you join Skyblock.

The island menu

One menu with a button for everything: /menu.

Your first steps

A tree, a cobblestone generator, a farm.

Careful!

The void kills, and water on lava wastes your lava.

Your cobblestone generator sometimes makes ores.

Island tricks

Ways to get things a tiny island doesn't have.

The Trader

Swap what your island makes for things it can't make.

Homes on Skyblock

Up to 5 homes, on islands you are trusted on.

Where you respawn

Choose where you come back after dying: bed, a spot or a home.

Starting over

Want a fresh island? You can reset yours once a day.

Island level

The more (and the more valuable) you build, the higher your level.

Island upgrades

A bigger island, more ores and more members.

Challenges

Goals for your island, with gems and items as rewards.

Daily & weekly missions

New goals for your island every day and every week. The gems go into the island bank.

Events

For a while, everyone on Skyblock gets more: gems, machine speed or ores.

The Nether and the End

Your island has its own empty Nether and End.

Biome, weather, monsters, fire and more, in /settings.

Skyblock advancements

Skyblock has its own advancement tab: over 60 goals, most with gems and XP levels.

Custom generators

Glowing lodestones that make their own blocks, from staff and events.

Armor sets

Four armor sets from the XP shop: every piece has a power, a whole set adds a bonus.

Building together

Trust friends so they can build on your island, and give them a role.

The island bank

Gems your whole island shares.

Island chat

A chat only your island's people read.

Merging with your neighbour

Join your island with the one next to it: one big island.

Warps: let others visit

Up to 5 spots on your island that others can ask to visit.

Visiting islands

See the best islands and visit them: /is browse.

Rating islands

Give islands you visit 1 to 5 stars.

Visitor book & island crystal

Show off your island to visitors.

The XP shop

Spend your XP levels on machines and special items.

The gem shop

Spawners for every mob, machine and XP boosters, rare items and enchanted books, for gems.

Blocks that do work for you. Right-click them to see what they do and to upgrade them.
